What kinds of payments are accepted? We accept Payment from a PayPal account OR Credit Cards and Debit Cards through PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay by Credit/Debit card. What currencies can I pay?We are only able to accept GB Pounds at the moment. Are my privacy and personal information secure on your site?We provide the best e-commerce service in the industry and guarantee secure payment processing at all times. Will I have to pay any sales tax?Tax is charged by Customs offices in destination country based on their rules and policies.

The customer is responsible to find out the situation in their country. Therefore, if any, these charges must be paid by the customers.

Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

Please note that according to customs regulations, We cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that is lower than the actual product price.

Why am I being asked to "Verify" my payment?Because your order has been held for a standard anti-fraud check by us. We have to avoid fraudulent and unauthorized payment. Order RefundedThe order should be refunded to us at first. For Credit Card payment, please allow 7-9 working days for the transaction to be completed on your account. Order DeliveryWe processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.

The approximate shipping time accords to each country:
United Kingdom:You can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 working days.
United States, Canada, Australia: You can expect your package to arrive in 10-19 working days.
Others: 15-20 working days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times only, therefore we are not guaranteeing delivery dates. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise the package we mail to you will be returned to us, or we will just ignore your request to save everyone the trouble!
